guide and support all brands under The Authority Brands’ portfolio in the end-to-end management of Technology, non-Technology, and Mergers and Acquisitions projects, programs, and portfolios. Prior to joining Authority Brands, Marier managed a $59M+ portfolio and led a 360+ member Service Delivery team in providing Service Desk, Infrastructure Management, Asset Management, Cyber Security, Voice Operations, VTC, Network Operations, Service Maintenance, and Project Implementation in support of 9K+ person customer base that used a wide range of products and technologies.

Marier’s earlier career includes diverse leadership roles. She served honorably in the United States Navy, followed by civilian employment with the National Security Agency as a Software Engineer and subsequently Technology Program Manager. She led technology selection and implementation efforts supporting state level first responder initiatives like replacing the Maryland Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management System in support of the Maryland State Police, Maryland Transportation Authority, Maryland Transportation Administration, and Maryland Natural Resources Police.

Marier earned a B. S., Information Science from Christopher Newport University, and a M. S., Technology Management and Organization Management from The Johns Hopkins University, Whiting School of Engineering. She holds active certifications including: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
